Exclusive access to Spain's culinary masters

Saborist was born from two powerful stories that converged into one shared vision. After 22+ years living abroad, our Spanish founder found that with age, it became increasingly difficult to be away from Spain's culinary treasures - the inability to savor authentic Spanish delicacies became unbearable. Meanwhile, our chef and sommelier, with over 10 years working in Michelin-starred restaurants, wanted to use their expertise to create more personalized, unique, and memorable experiences beyond traditional restaurant service.

Together with our third founder, who brings extensive travel agency management, administrative, and financial expertise, they created Saborist to offer exclusive access to Spain's culinary masters so everyone can enjoy life through Spain's incredible culinary treasures.

This unique blend of Spanish cultural passion, deep Michelin-starred culinary expertise, and operational excellence allows Saborist to provide access that money alone cannot buy.

Valencia Paella Masters

Experience our signature 6-day Valencia journey celebrating Spain's most iconic culinary treasures

Day 0: Bienvenidos a Valencia

Your culinary journey begins in sunny Valencia. After settling into the elegant Hotel La Mozaira, a charming boutique hotel surrounded by orange groves, meet your fellow travelers for a welcome gathering. Toast the beginning of an unforgettable week with excellent Valencian wine and rest for what's to come.

Day 1: First Taste of Tradition

Experience your first authentic bite of the region: legendary paella at Casa Carmela, where paella is still cooked over wood fires by the beach, maintaining century-old traditions. Evening brings refined dining at La Salita (1* Michelin), where fresh local ingredients meet modern Mediterranean cuisine.

Day 2: Heart of the Rice Fields

Step into Valencia's culinary soul: the serene rice fields of l'Albufera. A guided tour reveals ancestral cultivation techniques that give life to the region's famous rice. Enjoy traditional paella prepared on l'Albufera's shores by Ca Teresa restaurant, paired with regional wines. Evening dinner at Ca Pepico, known for deep respect for seasonal products and robust wine cellar.

Day 3: Markets, Wine & Michelin Stars

Discover Valencia's vibrant urban pulse. Begin with expert-guided wine tasting at Vinalium, one of the city's most comprehensive wine shops, exploring local treasures. Light lunch at Mistela, celebrating vermouth and traditional bites. Evening elevates your experience with a tasting menu at El Poblet (2* Michelin), where chef Luis Valls reinterprets Valencian heritage with mastery.

Day 4: Bobal & Creative Flames in Requena

Journey inland to Utiel-Requena's rolling hills, home of the robust Bobal grape. Tour Bodega Murviedro and discover this exceptional, lesser-known wine region. Lunch at Flama, a modern grill where fire, smoke, and intense flavors take center stage. Transfer south to elegant Hotel Nou Roma in coastal Dénia.

Day 5: Coastal Vineyards & Culinary Mastery

Your final full day explores stunning coastal vineyards at Pepe Mendoza Casa Agrícola. Discover how Mediterranean breezes and limestone soils shape expressive, sustainably-rooted wines. Experience the ultimate gastronomic journey at Quique Dacosta (3* Michelin), a temple of gastronomy where each dish tells stories of land, memory, and innovation. End with aged whiskey and fine cigars as the sun sets over the Mediterranean.

Day 6: Farewell to Flavor

Enjoy a peaceful breakfast before departure. You'll carry with you the aromas, flavors, and memories of a region where rice, wine, and hospitality are a way of life. This isn't goodbye—it's until we meet again.
